ace77 FAQ — All answers in one place

ace77 has four VIP tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. At Bronze you can earn up to 0.4% weekly cashback, at Silver up to 0.8%, at Gold up to 1.1%, and at Platinum up to 1.5%. The higher your tier, the better the service and the higher the cashback rate.

Weekly cashback is a program where a portion of the money you lose playing games during the week is returned to you as bonus funds the following day. For example, Gold VIP members can get back up to 1.1% of their losses, which they can use to keep playing. Cashback is added to your game account automatically once a week.

Your VIP level goes up as you play more frequently and wager more. In other words, regular players move up from Bronze to Silver, then Silver to Gold automatically over time — no application needed. You can check your current VIP level in your profile after logging in to ace77.

Platinum is the highest VIP tier and offers weekly cashback of up to 1.5%. You also receive priority service and faster withdrawal processing. Once you reach Platinum tier, you can get direct support from a dedicated VIP host through ace77's Live Chat.

VIP cashback funds can be used on nearly all games on ace77, including slots, live casino, crash games, football betting, and Myanmar traditional games. You can view the terms of use for bonus funds under your account settings after logging in.

ace77 currently supports three payment methods: KBZPay, Wave Money, and AYA Pay. All three are the most widely used mobile payment methods in Myanmar, making deposits simple and fast.

Log in to ace77 and go to the deposit section, then select Wave Money. You will see ace77's Wave Money phone number — transfer your funds to that number using Wave Money. After the transfer, enter the amount and transaction ID in the deposit section and click Submit. Confirmation is usually quick.

For any deposit method at ace77 — KBZPay, Wave Money, or AYA Pay — the minimum deposit amount is 3,000 Ks. Deposits below this amount are not accepted, so please check before making a deposit.

ace77 does not charge any deposit fees. However, KBZPay, Wave Money, and AYA Pay may apply their own transfer fees, so please refer to those payment apps for their fee rates. This is charged by the payment provider, not by ace77, so ace77 cannot be held directly responsible.

KBZPay, Wave Money, and AYA Pay are not significantly different in terms of deposit speed — all three are typically confirmed quickly depending on ace77's processing time. Players can simply choose the method they are most familiar with; there is no need to prefer one over another because of speed.

To withdraw your welcome bonus funds, you must meet the wagering requirement by playing through 10x the bonus amount. For example — if you deposit 20,000 Ks, you receive a 30,000 Ks bonus, making your total balance 50,000 Ks. To wager that 30,000 Ks bonus at 10x means you need to play through 300,000 Ks. Only once the wagering is complete can you withdraw.
